Suppliers cannot submit a non-PO invoice to Alphabet/Google through the Ariba Network.

Invoicing is not in scope for all countries.

You should only submit invoices through the Ariba Network against POs you received through the network. Only NEW POs created on, or after, go-live will be sent to you through the Ariba Network.
